The chef creates a personalized meal, featuring special preparations of top tier seasonal ingredients from Maui, Japan and beyond.
MULTIPLE COURSES
The meal includes a series of 8 courses, with a total of 17-19 dishes served one at a time as they are freshly prepared before you.
INTERACTIVE + ARTISTIC
Diners can interact directly with the chef to learn more about the food. The meal is considered an artistic journey, sit back and take it all in.
